About
The Photographer
In fourth grade, my mom let me take my sister's camera to the zoo on a field trip. She accidentally left extra rolls of film in the case, and I used every. single. one. I took a picture of every animal at the zoo. Thus, my addiction began. I have since refined my skills and equipment, but I'm still addicted to capturing the world and the beauty around me. My favorite subject: humanity.
Headshots: After six years working for a talent manager and fifteen years as an actor myself, I’ve experienced headshot photography from every angle. I’ve been photographed by many photographers in a variety of settings, helped talent prepare for shoots, selected images for their portfolios, and submitted those photos for casting. Because of that experience, I understand what makes a headshot work. I know how to help actors feel comfortable, create the right environment for a successful shoot, and capture images that feel natural while still telling a clear story about who you are as a performer.
Theater and Film Productions: As an actor and filmmaker, I’m very familiar with everything from tech week through opening night, as well as the pace and rhythms of life on set. I know when the key moments happen—and when the quiet ones do. I aim to capture the full story of a production: the defining moments on stage or on camera, the essential posed shots for promotion, and the candid moments in between that bring the project to life.
Family: As an aunt, cousin, sister, babysitter, and friend, I’ve been surrounded by kids and families my entire life. I love capturing the personality and little quirks that make each family unique. I also understand the challenge of getting everyone looking in the same direction at the same time. I have plenty of tricks to make sessions relaxed and fun so we can capture natural moments—whether it’s a photo for your holiday card, your wall, or simply a way to remember this stage of your family’s life. I love offering casual park sessions as well as in-home shoots where families can relax and be themselves.
Currently shooting on a Canon EOS R mirrorless, I focus on creating a comfortable environment where people can relax, be themselves, and let their personality come through on camera.
